Sales Manager Job Description
· Achieve monthly sales targets and increase business and market share across in territory and develop new business opportunities in territory.
· Visit existing customers to achieve sales goals in assigned area of responsibility.
· Manage relations and cooperate with dealers in order to reach sales targets and carry out sales processes.
· Finding and attracting new clients in different sales channels: retail, e-com, food service etc.
· Lead the development of the company's market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
· Sales and marketing data analysis, sales channel and sales report collection, analysis and summary to report to manager.
. Follow and coordinate the payment from end users and dealers
· Business plans implementations with cross departments
Skills
Qualifications
· Experience in food, retail and distribution will be an advantage.
· Experience from 1 to 3 years required.
· Fluency in English both oral and written.
Driving license and personal car is an advantage.
· Proven track record & success in sales management.
· Being actively involved in execution of deal management and people management
· A working knowledge of KPI's is essential to enhance the profitability of the business
· Mobility - must be able to work as required to fulfil business needs

Salary level: from 4000 AED to 6000 AED depending on the experience and individually discussed during the interview.
