Job description:
We are seeking an energetic and responsible Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Kids Amusement Play Area.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and support play area staff.
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor attendance, scheduling, and staff performance.
Support sales initiatives and achieve branch targets.
Maintain operational reports and compliance with company standards.
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in entertainment, retail, hospitality, or family recreation centers.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage teams and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Able to work on Microsoft Office applications.
Can work in shifts
Candidates with prior experience in well-established retail companies e.g. H&M, Zara or equivalent brands will be preferred.
