Over the past year, our company has performed well in Dubai, and we are now looking to scale the business and expand our customer base. To achieve this growth, we are seeking a Supervisor who shares our vision and is driven to help us take the company to the next level.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Detailing Sales and Supervisor at DETAILING Dynamics in Dubai. The role involves overseeing sales activities related to car detailing services on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service
Experience in the automotive or detailing industry
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of car detailing processes and products
Shop maintenance and job card creation
Allocate job to other detailers
Customer interaction and clearly understand customer needs
Manage customer delivery timeline
Conduct through inspection and QA before delivery
Address any customer concerns gracefully and resolve as needed
Meet sales target set by the management
Participate in the marketing activities
Create invoices using the software during the delivery
Maintain customer database and expense accounts
Involve in detailing activities when possible
Be the overall face of the detailing shop
