Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and electronic components.
Specialize in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of automotive air conditioning systems.
Inspect and test electrical and air conditioning components using specialized tools and equipment.
Install and repair electrical systems and components, including alternators, starters, batteries, and air conditioning compressors.
Perform routine maintenance on electrical and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, explaining technical issues and repairs to customers in an understandable manner.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and advancements in automotive technology.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following company procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an auto electrician with a focus on automotive air conditioning systems.
Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring, and components.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive air conditioning systems.
Ability to use diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other specialized equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to customers.
Certification in automotive electrical systems or air conditioning is a plus.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Formal training or apprenticeship in automotive electrical systems.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience as an auto electrician, with a focus on automotive air conditioning.
