Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and energetic Balloon Artist & Sales Executive to join our team.
This role combines artistic event execution with active sales responsibility. The candidate will design balloon setups, handle in-store orders, and actively generate sales from walk-in clients and event leads
Key Responsibilities
A-Balloon & Event Execution
Create and install balloon decorations for events, stores, and corporate clients
Prepare balloon bouquets, arches, backdrops, and customized designs
Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely setup
Support large-scale events and weekend installations
Maintain tools, stock, and workspace organization
B-Sales & Client Handling
Actively approach customers in-store and convert inquiries into sales
Explain packages, pricing, and upsell premium designs
Handle WhatsApp and social media inquiries professionally
Follow up with leads and convert event quotations
Meet monthly individual sales targets
Suggest creative ideas to increase revenue
Requirements
Experience in balloon decoration or event setup (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Sales-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure and during peak seasons
Team player with positive attitude
Flexible for weekends and event-based hours
Performance Expectations
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Contribute ideas for new balloon designs and revenue growth
