Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare daily journal entries, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and cash flow reports.Compliance & Taxation: Handle full reporting and filing for VAT, Zakat, and Income Tax.Audit & Closing: Manage annual closing procedures and serve as the main point of contact for external audit firms.Inventory & Operations: Oversee inventory control, organize physical inventory counts, and manage retail sales accounting.Stakeholder Management: Administer customer accounts, vend relationships, and balance reconciliations.HR Support: Process employee end-of-service benefits (EOSB) and formal clearances.
Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related finance field.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience.Industry Sector: Proven experience working within the Retail sector.Professional Certification: Active registration with the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) is mandatory.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Saudi tax regulations and standard ERP accounting systems
Language Proficiency: Fully fluent in both Arabic and English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory for dealing with international brands, local contractors, and government portals.
Residency Status: Must possess a valid, Transferable Iqama based in Saudi Arabia
