Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
* Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
* Sell sweets, pastries, cakes, and beverages.
* Handle cashier duties and process payments.
* Keep the shop, coffee station, and display counters clean and organized.
* Refill stock and ensure products are attractively displayed.
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a barista or sales assistant is preferred.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Basic English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Honest, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Willing to work flexible shifts.
