As the Beauty Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, managing a team of beauty professionals, and ensuring the smooth running of all services. In addition to your managerial duties, you will also be required to utilize your accounting skills to handle financial tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate salon staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain salon inventory levels
- Develop and implement strategies to increase salon revenue
- Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Accounting experience and proficiency in financial management
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends and best practices
- Certification in cosmetology or relevant field is a plus
