- Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés and other hospitality venues as an anonymous customer.
- Evaluate customer service, staff attitude, professionalism and responsiveness.
- Check cleanliness, presentation, ambiance and service standards.
- Evaluate food and beverage quality and presentation when required.
- Observe waiting times and the overall guest experience.
- Follow assigned scenarios, guidelines and evaluation checklists.
- Take discreet notes and collect required evidence.
- Submit clear and accurate reports after each assignment.
