WE ARE HIRING BHS TECHNICIAN (BAGGAGE HANDLING SYSTEM)
What are my responsibilities?
Executes preventive & Corrective maintenance accordingly to the instruction given by the Supervisor with full compliance with SOPs and Site Safety rules and regulations.
Usage of suitable PPE for work safety; fenci opened for any wo must be closed immediately after completing the task before the machine is turned live.
Carries out periodical chec inspections stated on the checklist.
Understanding all Electrical / Mechanical Components in the System, fault analysis & troubleshooting.
Familiarization with all the Electrical drawings in the Panel & understanding of electrical connections.
In case of a baggage jam or any other problem in their work area, they will immediately intervene in line with the applicable procedure and close coordination with the control room.
Ensure means of communication through Radio are available all the time and remain in close contact with his supervisor and other staff of BHS.
Analyze and seeks continuous improvements in the field.
Takes charge of the tools required for the shift’s job task and ensures proper usage and maintenance.
Adheres to all safety rules and regulations and takes appropriate precautions during working hours.
Safety: Will be responsib for following occupational health, safety, security, environment, and quality.
What do I need to qualify for the role?
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Process Automation Industry or Industrial Plants with hands-on knowledge of operations, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting of automated systems.
Analytic methods: root cause analysis etc.
Reviewing and assessing current processes and deduction of improvements.
Understanding of BHS material flow.
Awareness /Knowledge of quali procedures.
Good communication Skills.
The Electrical / Mechanical Technician shall be Industrial Training Institute certified (ITI).
Being able to be responsible for a small group of maintenance assistants.
Mandatory to communicate in the English language, and important to have worked in different cultural areas adapting to the cultural work ethics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
DIPLOMA IN ELCTRICAL, MECHANICAL & ELECTRO MECHINIAL
