Boutique Manager & Content Creator (Fashion Retail)

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Boutique Manager / Working Partner to lead our fashion boutique in Bur Dubai. This hybrid role combines retail leadership with digital content creation, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to both business growth and brand identity.
For the right candidate, a working partner arrangement (profit-sharing or growth-based incentives) can be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day boutique operations ensuring smooth and efficient performance
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
Oversee inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Handle basic financial reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Ensure compliance with operational, legal, and safety standards
Maintain high store presentation and cleanliness standards
Content Creation & Branding
Create engaging video content (Ree promote products and brand identity
Manage and grow social media presence in line with current trends
Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
Represent the brand confidently on camera when required
Reporting & Leadership
Provide clear and structured performance reports to management
Track KPIs, sales performance, and team productivity
Identify challenges and implement practical solutions
Requirements
Proven experience in boutique or retail management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems
Languages
English (Required)
Hindi / Malayalam / Tamil (Preferred)
