Provide advice and professional assistance in defining the most representative brand values for each
unique product and service line.
Contribute to the development of branding strategy and plans in conjunction with Team Leader and
regularly update management on branding initiatives.
Lead the development and manage the positioning and messaging of the brand in coordination with the
concerned functions to achieve consistency in application.
Brand Perception Research & Compliance
Lead the analyses of customer perception of the organization’s portfolio of products and services inorder
to ensure monitoring of how each unique image is perceived, identify drivers, and use findings to
advise on means for enhancing brand image and promoting a strong public profile.
Conduct brand and customer related research (brand index surveys, focus groups, etc.) and ensure
that results are discussed and communicated to all business leaders to make informed decisions on
adopting methods to increase brand awareness.
Brand Compliance
Manage the assessment of organizational compliance with brand values and investigate areas of noncompliance
so that they are addressed promptly and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are
taken.
Internal Collaboration
Ensure collaboration with all relevant internal and external teams in-order to contribute to the
management of branding and marketing initiatives and advise on branding criteria.
Marketing & Advertising Agencies Liaison
Manage and guide the selection and liaison with marketing and advertising agencies in-order to ensure
the development of high-quality marketing campaigns, activities and materials.
