We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Coordinator to support daily business operations, client coordination, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will assist management in planning, reporting, and communication while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate day-to-day business operations and administrative activities
•Support management with reports, doentation, and presentations
•Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments
•Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
•Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
•Handle correspondence (emails, calls, meetings) professionally
•Support sales and business development activities
•Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
•2–3 years’ experience in a similar coordination or administrative role (UAE experience preferred)
•Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is an advantage)
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
•Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills
