OPERATIONAL
Develops and maintains strong relations in the market with consultants, clients, Developers and Authorities.
Attends customer calls and discussions with regards to new inquiries.
Pre-Qualifies and registers the company with all market stakeholders by presenting in-depth the product value.
Supports Estimation and Procurement team in negotiations (and finalizes, If needed) with major suppliers.
Reviews tender document in details and prepares job brief for management and technical department to decide to proceed or not.
Coordinat with Operations team, Engineering and Projects Control Department to ensure the following;
Getting the memorandum of procedures or generic methods statement.
Establishing a preliminary project schedule.
Reviewing commercial terms with Commercial department and management.
Develops designs as required.
Prepares proposal drawings.
Prepares complete technical and commercial proposal.
Supports Estimation in the scope of work and tender documents to ensure that all work has been quoted accordingly.
Assists in the negotiations with clie the commercial and technical terms of the tend.
Provides complete and systematic feedback on the lost projects (who, why, by how much) to management.
Prepares internal kickoff meetings of the new jobs and ensures the proper transition of the job to all the relevant departments in the company.
Ensures the completion of the Business Development section of the End of Job Report
Reviews tender ‘contract conditions” to define risks and accordingly price a Quality.
Obtains a final signature on contract from the client.
Highlights “Opportuniti; within the contract and the recommended measures to be taken by responsible parties (Engineering, Operations and Procurement) in the kick off meeting.
Organizes Factory visits as necessary.
