Business Development Executive

GOLDMAN Job Overview:

GOLDMAN is expanding and therefore we are looking for a talented, motivated and pro-active Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing lead development from value added services and business partnerships. You would mainta existing relationships, develop new business, and continue to expand the office in line with commercial strategy of the company in order to realize the commercial objectives of the organization. This involves developing lead channels, scoping new areas of business, cold calling, developing strategic partners, networking, document creation, client interfacing and cross sell value added services.

You will be directly Reporting and closely working with the Business Manager of the Company.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
candidate will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Role & Responsibilities of Business Development Executive

• Generate leads, opportunities and convert leads to closed sales.

• Develop a network of partnerships

• Manage client expectations and deliver content in a relatable format.

• Network and develop new business opportunities and leads.

• Provide a weekly report for management to give updates on events attended, companies approached, strategies implemented, regions visited, leads developed and potential sales.

The Role:

• Identify new business opportunities and drive forward the development of such
opportunities
• Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with existing intermediaries and
source new feeders
• Enhancing culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as the preferred
services provider in the UAE & GCC
• Representing in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and
corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships
• Using lead generation and leverage of existing clients with a focus on the
designated market segment to facilitate expansion based on our client's needs
• Developing marketing and promotional strategy and materials for the company,
including brand management, advertising, and web and sales collateral
• Ensuring marketing programs align with public relations and other communication
activities
• Assisting in preparation of long- and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies
and budgets
• Generating a high standard of service delivery and achieving successful outcomes
for our clients to sustainably strengthen the revenue base
• Capturing, sharing knowledge and maintaining effective communication
• Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner

Candidate's Qualification:

• 2-5 years' experience of sales within the UAE in Corporate Services
• Willingness to travel
