We are looking for an experienced and professional Business Development Consultant (Recruitment Industry) to join our growing team in Dubai. The new hire will start off on commission-only basis (50/50 split) for the initial 3 months, before moving into a salaried + commission role
As a Business Development Consultant, you will be finding new clients and fostering existing relationships, attracting candidates through headhunting and matching them to appropriate positions.
Responsibilities
Using sales and business development techniques to attract business from client companies
Developing a good understanding client companies, their industry and requirements
Evaluate resumes and applications
Sourcing candidates using databases, social media etc.
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer.
