Role Overview
As a Business Development executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our web and app development services. Your primary focus will be to generate leads, negotiate deals, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
2+ years' prior industry related business development experience
Proven experience in business development, marketing, preferably in the technology or web development industry.
Familiarity with web development terminology and processes is a plus.
Experience in customer support
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge (especially in GCC)
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build reports and presentations.
Time management and planning skills
