Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced male candidate having project management, construction, and real estate experience. He should be comfortable managing property sales, overseeing construction projects. Additionally, the candidate must possess a valid driver's license and own a car for mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify potential property sales opportunities and lead the sales process from inquiry to closing deals.
•Build relationships with prospective clients and real estate investors, presenting property options and customizing proposals to fit their needs.
•Oversee construction projects, coordinating with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.
•Manage the development process from land acquisition to project completion, ensuring compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
•Prepare budgets, manage project finances, and ensure cost-effective solutions during construction phases.
•Ensure timely completion of construction projects by creating detailed project timelines and progress reports.
•Regularly travel between properties, construction sites, and client meetings. Use personal vehicle for site visits, inspections, and client engagements.
•Conduct on-site property evaluations and inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to plans.
•Attend client meetings, and construction or development briefings to ensure project success.
