Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and creating new business opportunities in the real estate market. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by developing strategies to attract new clients, build strong relationships with existing clients, and identify new markets and partnership opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth by implementing sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities•Lead Generation & Client Acquisition•Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.•Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to convert opportunities into sales.•Develop and implement strategies to attract high-value clients in the commercial real estate sector.•Relationship Management•Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.•Act as a trusted advisor to clients, keeping them informed about market trends, new listings, and opportunities.•Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their property requirements and present suitable options.•Market Research & Strategy Development•Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.•Identify and pursue new market opportunities for business expansion, including partnerships and collaborations.•Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute business development campaigns and promotional activities.•Sales & Negotiations•Manage the end-to-end sales process, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.•Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure all agreements are in alignment with client expectations and company goals.•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.•Reporting & Analysis•Maintain an updated record of interactions with clients and prospects using CRM software.•Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to management.•Analyze sales data to improve sales strategies and maximize business growth.
Qualifications and Skills•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.•Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.•Excellent understanding of the real estate market, particularly in commercial properties.•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
