We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in selling Safety Wear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships in the PPE industry. If you are passionate about sales, have deep knowledge of the safety wear industry, and are skilled in identifying growth opportunities, we would love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales: Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the safety wear and PPE products sector.
2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis specific to the UAE market.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Lead Generation & Networking: Utilize existing contacts and develop new networks within the construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, and industrial sectors to drive sales.
5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range and offer expert advice to clients on the most suitable PPE solutions.
7. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of safety wear and PPE products in the UAE market.
2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the safety wear and PPE industry, including regulations and customer needs within the UAE.
3. Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, excellent negotiation and closing skills.
4. Client Relations: Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present products and solutions clearly.
6. UAE Market Experience: Strong network and connections in the UAE’s industrial sectors (construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, etc.).
7. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
8. Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is a must.
