Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to attract clients looking for digital marketing services such as website design, SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, online research, and other creative methods.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their digital marketing needs and offer tailored solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to showcase our services and demonstrate their value.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit for the client and the company.
Collaborate with the internal marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position Marxray’s services effectively.


Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and website development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
