•Determination of project work, i.e. even distribution of project tasks among team members
•Target-actual comparison of the quotati situation, i.e. control of quotations and outgoing invoices
•Contract negotiation and project bidding
•Achieving the planned sales and earnings targets of the art department
•Plan, control, and coordinate the entire order processing; Monitoring and participation in operational execution, in particular to support employees in difficu tasks
•Monitor customs regulations related to art logistics
•Intervention in the event of plan deviations and initiation of appropriate measures
•Process the complaints and initiate the necessary measures
•Sales and earnings planning in coordination with the Branch manager
•Mark observation
•Ongoing budget monitoring and targ cost comparisons
•Create case, quotation, and order statistics
