Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads and sales opportunities to achieve the company’s business growth objectives and sales targets. Manage client communications to ensure all inquiries and requests are promptly addressed.
Market Penetration: Establish a strong presence in the Commercial Interiors sector within the UAE . Create opportunities through networking, contacts, and professional associations.
Project Acquisition: Identify and secure major fit-out projects by developing a deep understanding of key accounts and responding swiftly and effectively to tenders.
Client Liaison: Collaborate with design and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client requirements are met. Negotiate agreements in coordination with other departments and senior management.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in fit-out interior projects, preferably in the turnkey interiors, commercial real estate, or construction sectors.
Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the interiors industry with experience in client relations.
Networking Skills: Strong network within the real estate development, construction, and desi communities in Dubai or other UAE-based markets is highly advantageous.
Market Knowledge: At least 1 year of experience in the UAE with a thorough understanding of the local market and demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment.
Sales Training: Candidates with strong sales training from reputable employers will be given preference.
Spoken Arabic is a plus
License: A valid UAE driving license is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
