We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for the inbound and outbound calls. The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on cutomer needs to close sales, and doenting customer information.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
Present services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the service
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
Preferably with 2 years experience in Telesales.
