Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage and control our
company camp, which accommodates cleaners, helpers, and similar
workers. The candidate must have only relevant camp management
experience (not mixed with other job roles).
The Camp Boss will have full responsibility for camp operations and staff
discipline.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all workers staying in the company camp Maintain discipline and proper behavior of staff inside the camp Monitor workers’ attendance, work readiness, and daily routines Ensure camp rules, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are followed Handle staff issues, complaints, and conflicts professionally Coordinate with company management and provide regular updates Take full responsibility for camp-related matters and staff conduct
Requirements: Proven experience as a Camp Boss in the same field (mandatory) Strong leadership and staff control skills Ability to handle workers firmly and professionally Good communication and problem-solving skills Responsible, organized, and reliable
