- In charge of the day-to-day operations of the camp and
reports directly to the Area Manager.
- Must portray a fun, professional, and approachable demeanor whilst ensuring all safeguarding policies are adhered to. You must be able to act with initiative when needed to manage situations.
- Will be responsible for directly managing the staff
at the camp and ensure that each one is fulfilling their role requirements whilst adhering to the Mega Camps Policies & Procedures.
- Required to hold regular personal development 1 to 1’s with the team.
- Always has a clear understanding of the
camp, its procedures, and the dynamics of how it works and must reflect this through all staff.
- Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years experience as Camp Manager in Administration, Operation, and Supervision of Base Camp of minimum of 100 multi-national occupants.
- Possess a minimum Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
- Any nationality Preferred
- Age 25-45years old
- Must be willing to be assigned in Iraq (Company Location)
- Salary will be discussed upon interview.
