Property Consultant / Real Estate Relationship Manager
**VR Investments LLC**, a growing real estate developer with projects in **Sharjah**, is looking for an experienced **Property Consultant / Real Estate Relationship Manager** to join our sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling **developer projects**, managing buyer and investor relationships, generating new leads, conducting project presentations, following up with prospects, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly sales targets.
### Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell VR Investments LLC developer projects.
* Generate, qualify, and follow up with sales leads.
* Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, and clients.
* Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
* Manage clients from initial enquiry through successful closing.
* Develop new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation.
* Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Participate in project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
* Coordinate with sales, marketing, and doentation teams for smooth transactions.
### Requirements
* **Previous experience working directly with a real estate developer is mandatory.**
* Experience in **UAE real estate, off-plan, or developer sales** is required.
* Strong client relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* **Valid UAE Driving Licence holders will be given priority.**
* Candidates with their **own vehicle** will receive additional preference.
* Additional languages such as Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are an advantage.
* **Freshers and candidates without real estate developer experience will not be considered.**
