CAPTAIN SUPERVISOR (Preferably Arabic Nationality)
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2-4 yrs. work experience in Food & Beverage, (Age must be 22 yrs.-35 yrs. old)
Along with 1 year experience in a captain position is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the Restaurant is set-up for service.
Knowledgeable in POS system, Food server skills and Food handling
To supervise and assist the smooth operation and running of the service
To direct and supervise the service staff during service and to ensure that all duties are performed
on the required standards.
Can work under pressure and without minimum supervision
