We are looking for a highly qualified Chartered Accountant with years of Experience in Property Developer or Real Estate Companies
Job Responsibilities :
● Oversee the duties of the accounting department
● Implement accounting systems and processes
● Responsible for Payables and Receivables
● Prepares Monthly and Yearly Financial Report
● Reconcile Income Statements
● Prepares expense budget report
● Review and release online banking payments
● Prepare, submit and Filling of Tax
● Handle and follow up collections with clients
● Responsible for GL reporting
● Detecting and preventing fraud ( forensic accounting)
Salary is not disclosed, it depends on the Applicants experience and capability.

Qualification:
● Bachelors Degree in Accounting
● Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Real Estate or Property Developer Company in UAE
● Preferably Pakistan or Indian Nationality with pleasing personality
● Excellent in Oral and Written communication skills
● Highly knowledgeable in broad spectrum of accountancy & accounting practices
● With experience in different ERP Environments
