1) Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across all business divisions (interior fit‑out, luxury fit‑out, retail environments, signage, events).
2) Set and achieve revenue targets, KPIs, and growth plans for the company.
3) Manage, mentor, and drive performance of Business Development Managers and sales staff.
4) Personally lead and close strategic, multi‑million‑AED contracts with government, corporate, and luxury clients.
5) Build long‑term partnerships with developers, consultants, retail brands, and government entities.
6) Oversee CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health across the sales team.
7) Work closely with operations, production, and project teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and project delivery.
7) Identify new business opportunities in interiors, retail fit‑out, signage, experiential environments, and corporate sectors.
8) Represent the company at senior‑level client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Clients Base and Established network within the UAE interior Design and Fit-out Market.
Minimum 5 years of UAE sales Experience in the interior Design and Fit-out industry
