JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise and direct the activities of the Resident Engine Managers
Monitor engineering activities to ensure adherence to establishes policies, operating procedures and standards
Prepare comprehensive budgets and forecast to ensure the efficient and cost effective operation of the department
Supervise, develop and maintain an ongoing maintenance operation for hotel, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, preventive maintenance, hotel rooms and etc.
Submit a comprehensive monthly report to the General Manager
On an ongoing and regular basis, inspects and evaluates physical condition of entire hotel asset, including all guestrooms, public areas, pool area; completes and retains inspection reports
Ensure to deliver the highest quality products and service to meet high volumes and individual client requirements
Ensure optimum use of facilities
Promote the values, hallmarks and guiding principles of the company
Partake in occupational health and safety initiatives and forms as a part of the SBU’s occupational health and safety committee
Ensure adherence to the external communication guidelines and the company ethics.
