We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in construction and site supervision. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and supporting project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare site reports, progress reports, and project doentation.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Monitor project schedules and assist in timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in quantity take-offs, material estimation, and project planning.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
2–3 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Valid QID with transferable visa preferred.
Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
