Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage sites, ensuring quality execution as per approved drawings and specifications
2. Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals. Ensure full adherence to Dubai Municipality codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
4. Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and Dubai Municipality inspectors for approvals and inspections.
5. Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
6. Ensure proper execution of civil works, including foundation, concrete, and finishing works. Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and material usage logs. Monitor project schedules and resource allocation.
7. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
8. Liaise with clients to communicate progress and provide technical support.
9. Manage progress reports, and site records.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
2. Dubai Municipality G+1 Civil and G+1 Steel Approved Engineer (mandatory).
3. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai, specifically in Fit outs .
4. Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, DM procedures, and authority approvals.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
6. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
