Prepare reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, job manpower forecasts·
Supervise / monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.
Ensure all safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied within assigned area of responsibility.
Oversee the implementation of work from approval to work thru project completion.
Works as per the duties assigned by the Project Manager / Engineer to coordinate implementation of activities.
Provide oversight of field activities to ensure personnel and safety.
Inform the project status, highlighting deviations from plans to the Project Manager / Site Engineers.
Anticipates potential problem areas and analyzes and recommends solutions or corrective actions.
Responsible for oversight of field construction operations within assigned areas.
Determine & report manpower requirements for filed activities.
Monitors scheduled work to be performed and reviews work accomplished.
Prepar schedules, construction methods and procedures as assigned.
