*Educational Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification in planning too Primavera P6, MS Project is a plus.
*Experience:*
- 10 years of UAE experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction projects in UAE.
Experience should be in civil works.
- Prior experience in high-rise & mid-rise residential building is preferred.
*Technical Skills:*
- Proficient in *Primavera P6*, MS Project, and Excel (advanced).
- Familiar with project lifecycle, WBS development, critical path method (CPM), and earned value management (EVM).
- Able to develop baseline schedules, update progress reports, and prepare delay analysis, EOT.
- Understanding of FIDIC contracts and standard construction practices.
- Knowledge of BIM or AutoCAD is an advantage.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and delay analysis for management and clients.
- Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
- Attend meetings and provide planning input for resource allocation and procurement schedules.
*Soft Skills:*
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Proactive and team-oriented.
