Omnix International LLC is hiring an IT Support Specialist for a leading government entity in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The selected candidate will provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, manage incidents and service requests using ServiceN platforms, resolve technical issues in coordination with senior specialists and project managers, maintain technical doentation and knowledge bases, support system upgrades, develop end-user training materials, and ensure compliance with government governance and reporting frameworks.

a. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Operations, or a related field.
b. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.
c. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.

e. Arabic language proficiency is preferred; strong non-Arabic candidates will also be considered.
