Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- Currently in Dubai on UAE work or visit visa
- Some proven experience in the above area of responsibility
- Knowledge of how to maintain high standards of food, service, cleanliness, health and safety
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours (we are open on 24 hr. basis)
- Excellent groomi and personal hygiene at all times
- English language communication skills
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Strictly a non-smoker
