Familiar with relevant subcontracting resource management, Saudi Arabia’s rules and regulations, proficient in Arabic and English speaking and writing, proficient in the use of office software word, excel, etc.
2. Responsible for the strategic planning of the company's subcontracting resources, as well as the formulation, revision and interpretation of the subcontract.
3. Introduce and optimize subcontracting resources according to company requirements.
4. Responsible for coordinating the company's related subcontract shortlisted evaluation, bidding, contract negotiation, contract evaluation, subcontract settlement, subcontract dispatch work order, purchase order release, subcontractor evaluation, etc.
5. Responsible for the budget and allocation management of the company's subcontracting funds.
6. Responsible for the review and payment of the company's subcontract settlement materials
7. Responsible for tracking and coordinating subcontractors.
9. Assist superior departments to optimize organization and management, coordinate training plans, communicate and coordinate.
10. Responsible for other information statistics, analysis and reports within the scope of functions.
