Responsibilities & Skills:
1. Liaising with Crewing / Manning Agents for requirements of Crew and Officers.
2. Coordinating with Port Agents for arranging OK To Board / Visa On Arrival / Visa Invitation Letter to apply for visa if necessary.
3. Coordinating with travel agents for flight bookings for joining / sign-off crew.
4. Prepare all Pre-departure documents of seafarers.
5. Oversee the performance appraisals and career progression of seafarers.
6. Should have good interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
Candidates with relevant shipping background experience will only be considered.
