European Company in the field of building materials and interior design is seeking a dynamic BACK OFFICE SAL ASSISTANT.
Duties and tasks:
• To liase with Sales team and Customers receiving orders and checking on order progress to ensure that specific requirements are fulfilled.
• To oversee the processing of a sales order and co-ordinate the logistics.
• To arrange dispatches and monitor progress.
• Preparation of documentation.
• Data entry and maintenance of customer accounts and product information using internal system.
• To co-ordinate the ordering of products.
• To assist with marketing requirements.
• To undertake general administration duties as required.
• To set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records and correspondence.
