As a Mortgage Consultant, you will be the bridge between home buyers and financial institutions. Your primary goal is to provide expert advice on mortgage products while proactively sourcing new business through real estate partnerships and direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and developers to ensure a consistent flow of referral leads.
Daily Sales Activity: Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their financial profiles, explain various mortgage structures (fixed-rate, variable, etc.), and recommend the best-fit solutions.
Application Management: Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial pre-approval to doent collection and final disbursement
