Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our team. This role is initially based in Pakistan, with the potential for relocation to Dubai based on performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional inbound support to our international clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
Assist clients in understanding our financial products and services.
Resolve client issues and escalate complex matters as necessary.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Doent and update customer records based on interactions.
Requirements:
Female applicants only, due to team composition.
Excellent command of the English language, including the ability to understand various English accents.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is advantageous.
