Job Description :
Travelling daily to provide customer test drives a final customer delivery
Ensuring high adherence to SOP and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and delivering a high empathy quotient
Important KPIs: High customer NPS (feedback score), high number of deliveries
2-3 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry
Strong business acumen and Knowledge of used car industry
Strong technical expertise in the understanding of engine, par, and everything technical.
Valid UAE Driving license.
