We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, the ideal candidate will be responsible for creating content and effectively distributing it. You will be responsible to manage 3 social media accounts. You are required to create a strong brand image with an innovative marketing campaign. Analytical skills are also required to monitor and report issues, market plans and solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
-Manage, plan and execute daily content schedule of social content for 3 social media accounts.
-Create and initiate marketing strategy to increase brand awareness.
-Manage and run paid ads across all social media platforms, audience targeting, copywriting and develop clearly defined ad sets and campaigns.
-Coordinate with brand projects and brand campaigns.
-Collaborate with influencers and bloggers for branding.
-Develop, follow up and monitor online platform branding.
-Monitor and report key social media statistics, online traffic to ensuring goals are met.
-Planning and strategizing for continuous growth and improvement.
-Manage multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines.
-Support and create monthly marketing plans for content and strategies.
-Manage and note down trends, analyze competitor profiles.
-Engage with customers and follow through their requests.
-Creative Skills, should be able to create images and video content (graphic design and editorial skills is a plus)
-Passionate, creative and thinking outside the box
-Proficient in google ads (Search, shopping and display), & facebook business manager
-Understanding of established and emerging social media channels.
-Understanding of social media, PR, and influencer strategy in this region
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently, and flexibility to adapt to an ongoing changing environment.
-Analytical skills to execute plans to reach optimum results
-Able to read, write in Arabic
-Excellent writing & communication skills
