Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plans and executes all web, S, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Create digital content including websites, blogs, articles, animated explainer videos, etc.
• Create, Design, and monitor to display ads on Google Ads marketing campaigns
• Create a landing page and optimize the user experience.
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners
• Create, Design, and monitor to display sponsored ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter campaigns
• Run day-to-day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights.
Job Requirement:
• Proven work experience in the Real estate industry.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing software.
• Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.
• Quality content generation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical skills.
• Must be a Russian Speaker
