We are searching for a doent controller to handle the intake, management, and storage of our company's doents. In this role, you will be required to review, process, and file doentation as well as manage the smooth running of all our doentation operations.
To ensure success as a doent controller you should be up to date with doent management processes and have a detail-oriented mindset. A top-notch doent controller will have an extensive understanding of doent management software and be able to handle doent access intaking and archiving responsibilities.
Doent Controller Responsibilities:
Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing doents.
Filing and archiving relevant doentation.
Retrieving files for other employees and customers when needed.
Designing templates for doents, file types, and doent databases.
Checking and editing doents for accuracy and compliance.
Controlling the flow of doents in and out of the department.
