We are seeking a reliable and experienced driver with a valid Qatar license to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to distribute our fresh and frozen products to various markets, manage existing sales accounts, and actively seek new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and safe delivery of products, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Distribution:
* Safely load, transport, and deliver fresh and frozen products to designated markets and clients.
* Ensure all products are handled and stored appropriately to maintain quality and safety standards.
* Follow the assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
2. Sales Management:
* Maintain and manage relationships with existing sales accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
* Monitor and restock inventory levels at client locations as needed.
3. Sales Growth:
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
* Promote products and services to potential clients, providing detailed information and addressing inquiries.
* Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
4. Doentation and Reporting:
* Keep accurate records of deliveries, including times, customer information, and any discrepancies.
* Report any vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or traffic violations immediately.
5. Compliance and Safety:
* Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving.
* Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary safety gear.
* Follow company policies and procedures regarding food safety and handling.
Qualifications:
* Valid Qatar driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience in driving, preferably in product distribution.
* Knowledge of Qatar roads and routes.
* Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
* Ability to handle and transport fresh and frozen products safely.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical stamina to load and unload products as needed.
Working Conditions:
* This role requires significant time spent driving and delivering products.
* Occasional lifting and moving of heavy products may be necessary.
* The position may require working outside of standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet delivery schedules.
