Candidzone is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for its operations in Qatar. The selected candidate will coordinate domestic and international shipments, monitor import and export activities, manage customs clearance processes, track shipments, communicate with freight forwarders and suppliers, prepare logistics doentation, maintain freight costing records, update ERP systems, ensure timely deliveries, and support supply chain operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and international logistics regulations.

a. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
b. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
c. Strong knowledge of impo procedures, customs clearance, and international shipping regulations.
d. Experience with shipment tracking, freight costing, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
e. Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments is preferred.
f. Valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory; Qatar Driving License is preferred.
g. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
