Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an E commerce specialist at Digital Glints in Dubai. As an E commerce specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's e commerce operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing e commerce strategies, driving sales growth, managing the online stores, creating product listings, inventory management, and analyzing data to optimize performance and achieving sales KPI which includes sales orders agreed week numbers with agreed range of CPA (Advertising cost per order)
RequirementsArabic SpeakerHave h own Valid UAE VisaAnalytical and problem-solving skillcellent communication and interpersonal skillperience in sales and e-commerce (specially Meta; Snapchat; Tiktok; Google Ads) with minimum records of 2 years of experience.Knowledge of marketing strategies in an e-commerce settingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in relevant e-commerce platforms and toolsAbility to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsSEO KnowledgeExperience with customer service in an online environmentDegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field as a plus.
