MADA Communications is hiring an Enterprise NOC Engineer L1 for a position based in Kuwait.
The successful candidate will monitor enterprise network services in a 24/7 Network Operations Center environment.
The role involves handling incidents, alarms, service requests, and performing first-level network troubleshooting.
The candidate will log and maintain accurate tickets and escalate technical cases to L2, L3, or field teams.
The position requires timely customer updates, S compliance, effective shift handovers, and proper case closure.
Candidates must currently reside in Kuwait, as applications from outside Kuwait will be rejected.

a. Candidates must currently be residing in Kuwait.
b. 0–2 years of experience in NOC, Service Desk, Technical Support, or Network Support.
c. Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
d. Basic knowledge of T, L, Routing and Switching.
e. Understanding of MPLS, VPN, Internet, and enterprise data services.
f. Ability to perform first-level troubleshooting using ping, traceroute, and service checks.
g. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
h. Good verbal and written communication skills.
i. Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
j. CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, Network+, or equivalent certification is preferred.
k. ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
